The JavaScript bundle did not load, so the page stayed blank.

Diagnostic links:

• /status.html — Static deployment check page
• /deploy.txt — Build info (should show build_time, git_sha, version)

How to fix in Vercel:

1. Go to Settings → Build & Development Settings
2. Set Build Command to npm run build
3. Set Output Directory to dist
4. Redeploy with "Use existing Build Cache" OFF
